Handbook Agreement Form

It is expected that all families with children attending St. Egbert Catholic School will comply with all guidelines and school requirements set forth by the administration in the Parent-Student Handbook. Our handbook is available on our school website. Printed copies are available upon request. Parents should review the contents of the handbook with their student(s) prior to the first day of school and return this form on the first day of school. By submitting this form you are confirming that you have read and understand the contents of the St. Egbert Catholic School Parent-Student Handbook and agree to uphold all of the policies as described therein.
