SEAS (St. Egbert After School)

  • Please complete the form and send in the registration fee of $25 per child to reserve your spot in our after school program. You must register your child(ren) each school year. Complete the form and send in the registration fee before you plan to have your child attend SEAS. The registration form should be completed before August 23rd to insure your child's spot in our program. 

    *Additional Authorized Pick-up name and phone numbers ensure someone other than the parent/guardian can pick up your child. Be advised that individuals other than the parent/guardian are required to show proper picture ID at time of pick up.

    *A note should be provided and given to the teacher if you plan for your child to stay on a Drop In basis. If an unexpected situation arises during the school day, call the school office so the teacher will know to send your child to SEAS. Be sure that the person is listed on your authorized pick up list.

    Registration fee of $25 per child due upon registration.

    After School Care Days:

    Full time/5 days a week $250 per month

    4 days a week (indicate the 4 days below) $200 per month

    3 days a week (indicate the 3 days below) $160 per month

    2 days a week (indicate the 2 days below) $100

    Drop In $20 per day
